It looks like the left is trying to destroy everyone associated with Trump.

"Still, the process proceeds and is very expensive. Eastman has up a legal defense here. I urge you to contribute. I have."

Because money solves everything.

File this under "Just wait until the NEXT election and send us a check to show your support"

Note how even Kimball tries to tiptoe around the truth: “election irregularities”.

Oh Please. It was an out and out brazen full scale fraud. say it out loud.

No one should be afraid to call it out.

The protesters at Eastman’s drive think it is 1938.

Imagine:

State G certifies its presidential election vote.

A day later a group admits to fraud that switched the vote.

Should the Vice President have to accept that fraudulent vote?

I don’t think he should.

Also imagine:

Election fraud occurred but its extent was uncertain. Should not its extent be investigated?

Lawyers who zealously represent pedophiles, rapists, murderers and terrorists are praised for their professionalism, but don’t you DARE represent Bad Orange Man!

no “widespread election fraud”

The compulsion to throw in an adjective is a tacit admission that there was election fraud.

They are not even claiming that there was no significant election fraud.

There are about 3000 counties in the USA. If say election fraud was 90% concentrated in twenty counties, would that be considered “widespread”?

Considering how many of our ruling class are lawyers, I'm surprised.
This could backfire on them quite badly.
Frankly undermine their entire profession.
Imagine losing a case for a client, then get disbarred for attempting to defend said client.
It only happens with political clients, for now. But where is it going?

But since several states had questions about the integrity of those ballots, Eastman suggested that Pence propose a brief pause in the counting while the problematic states could be canvassed.
Thus the false "insurrection" to use as an excuse to force an immediate count without objections. A few Republicans did try that night, but it was over by then.

Our country is in trouble and we won’t be voting ourselves out of it. It’s that simple and that complex. The Leftist Machine is steamrolling over folks that believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as if they have the mandate to do so. They don’t but our Reps and Senators in DC aren’t doing much to stop it. And they have proven that they won’t anytime soon. So it’s going to be up to us. What is the next step? Anybody know or have a plan? I know I don’t but there has to be a group that can get something started?

Really? What state questioned their ballot for electors? I don't think there was one.

Bar associations are as corrupted as certain political jurisdictions in the US (Fulton County, Chicago. Broward County in FL, Travis County in TX, the District of Columbia, the entire state of CA, Dane and Milwaukee Counties in WI, come to mind.)

Eastman has a property right in that license, and the Federal courts may be able to help him.

I think the most powerful evidence is the action of the Congress in the lame duck session. They passed legislation to clean up the certification process and to disambiguate the role of the VP. The fact that they felt they needed to do that meant that the procedures and responsibilities were not clear. If they are unclear, then there is a much greater latitude of interpretation possible. Meaning Eastman wasn’t out of bounds.
