What I don’t understand is Trump backing her.......he really does seem to have a blindspot when it comes to who should be trusted.
Think of the example of Kevin McCarthy. What did most of FR think of him prior to the first of 15 votes?
I understood that Trump didn't back anyone this time around. When she won by a large majority, he congratulated her. I don't know that that translates into him backing her.

Tump is hitting nothing but foul balls lately. From still pushing the jab to supporting this woman. He’s not Jesus. His support is not eternal.
Because Trump has lost it. I don't know if it was the shock of 2020 or his age, but he is not the same man who served as POTUS.
McCarthy, McDaniel, Dr. Azz.....Trump has been supporting the biggest swamp monsters out there and many of us have had enough.
DeSantis came out in support of Dhillon and said the party needs a change of leadership.
Trump worked the phones behind the scenes (just like he did for McCarthy) to get McDaniel re-elected.
