I have no idea why the cops started out to aggressively. But I feel pretty confident they beat him because they were mad that they SPRAYED THEMSELVES with pepper spray.
Everyone involved in this was incompetent.

Pepper spraying themselves is more common than you might expect. I’ve seen them spray prisoners who were acting up while restrained in the back of the patrol car while driving down the road.
I’ve also seen nearly the entire shift on duty after they stood in a circle pepper spraying the suspect in the center of the circle.
Sometimes it’s really hard not to laugh.
It’s possible...some of the insane J6 cops had also accidentally sprayed themselves with pepper spray and even tear-gassed their buddies.
