Is it possible that the way Tyre reacted to a simple stop...was ...unusual? Why did he RESIST so much. That is unnatural. A person would just stop fighting the police for a simple stop, unless he had other reactions on his mind.
It was not a “simple stop.”
Watch the first video. The stop was not typical. They dragged him out of his car. No put your hands on the wheel, no asking for ID. He was on the ground by his car with 4 (?) cops surrounding him holding him down and one appears to taser him. With what appears to be several time or attempts, it is then Tyre struggles to get away and runs.
Honestly, watch video 1 and consider that a normal traffic stop? There was nothing ‘normal’ in the way the cops stopped him.
Its only a guess, but I think he was autistic. The stimuli of situation triggered and absolute "fight or flight" response. All other parts of the brain are shut off. I have a nephew like this. When he gets into a tense situation, there is no understanding of anything else. The more Tyre struggled, the more the stupid cops beat him.
As a side not, now I'm waiting for same idiot to respond: "Oh, so its OK for cops to murder autistic people???!!!"
