The Supreme Court’s decision last summer in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization that “the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion” did not stop the attacks on legal protection for the unborn. Going forward, most challenges will make familiar arguments but shift the venue from federal to state courts. Abortion lawyers are also launching less conventional attacks, including that pro-life laws violate the right, under state constitutions or statutes, to freely exercise religion.

They would be correct.
Most of us have known that for years. Abortion IS a part of the religion of the left. They worship Satan.
yeah liberals want their child sacrifice religion.
Child sacrifice to their pagan god Molech.
These people are pure unrefined evil.
My religion is to murder someone every couple of months. There, can I get constitutional protections?

A religion mentioned in the Bible. Moloch.

The Democrat Party would be a good choice. By a 220-210 margin, the House of Representatives passed the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, with only one Democrat voting in favor. So, with only one exception these Democrat legislators establish a line for defense of abortion within their party that includes those born alive despite attempted abortion. According to the logic for voting against this bill, an infant breathing air on its own outside the womb is not a fully human person. Medical personnel are not derelict in failing to provide care, but instead must kill the baby.
Now read the bill and to see if that not is a reasonable interpretation. So, why can’t we just all get along?
