Red states need to pass laws / constitutional amendments banning the sale of insects in food and fake meat. If blue states can ban legal ICE vehicles, we should be able to ban things like insects and fake meat to name just two.

I’m sorry, but after the FDAs handling of the Covid vaxx, I don’t think I will trust them on “pink slime”. How can a product that is probably mostly chemicals and flavorings be better for us than the natural meat from animals? These people are really pushing things that will cannot be good for us in the long run. Do they even know what this stuff will do to the human system after say, a couple years or even months?
I remember as a teen (when I got zits) my dermatologist said one of the worst things for acne was carmine. Edible and cosmetic.

If it tastes like prime rib, if it looks like prime rib, if it smells like prime rib cooked over a bed of charcoal (evil carbon fuel) I will eat it. I am 74 years old. I suspect I will die before my alternative meat is eaten by myself.

Reminds me of the dystopian show “The 100”. At one point, all the people are stuck in a doomsday shelter (Mount Weather), and are growing food in the hydroponics labs.
However, there’s no protein. So, they basically start a fighting pit, to the death, with the losers ending up becoming a greyish cube of protein for a certain number of people, they also had bone broth, etc.
I don’t have to eat meat. I cook a lot of Indian, Mediterranean, and other things that neither call for ,eat or faux dairy.
Lab meat and faux meat are more chemical garbage.
