I played many sports, but played a ton of basketball with city blacks.

There’s a reason I play co-Ed volleyball instead of basketball now.

While growing up I was in an all white community—with lots of Hispanics now: i was there in the 60’s
I coached soccer and football at San Mateo HS after graduation and was on the varsity soccer team at Cal. At SM High I coached many blacks as well as other races- they had me work with the defensive backs — I knew a little about man and zone coverage
