If it's ok for some people to maintain that Adolf lived out his life in some South American hidey-hole, then it's ok for me to suggest that Jeffrey isn't really really dead...the only photographic evidence I've seen is someone on a gurney who looked a lot like that celebrity Chef...Anthony Bourdain.
