Well he could have hanged himself by bribing a physician to pronounce him dead. and them exit the morgue for a personal private fake burial.

Epstein was murdered, but maybe not murdered until dead.Maybe this is Maxwells biggest secret.But then EPstein had so much dirt on powerful figures that he was murdered with the help of the FBI counterespionage unit that framed Trump ,created Jan. 6th and so on.
