Do a search. I believe there are several places on line where this information is available.
there are no emails which is what I asked about.

Regular snail mail is far more effective than email.
Direct it at your senators and reps. They pretty much ignore anything sent from people outside their state.

At the bottom of the articles I post, I try to post contact information.

1) You asked about "emails/phone numbers."
2) If you go to any of the committees on the links I provided, every single one has a "Contact" tab, usually at the bottom of the page. On that contact page there is a form to fill out to 'email' the committee, IF THEY ACCEPT EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. None of the committees have publicly facing email addresses so that they aren't robo-spammed with emails.
You have to go to each committee's page and fill out the 'contact us' form, or call the number provided if there is no option for email, or find the email contact information for the committee chairs.
In other words you’re too lazy to look them up. 😆

I was told by a Representative that snail mail does the trick. Everything gets read and they take it seriously because you took the time to write. Post cards are the best with a short note. Make sure you put a return address on the envelope and it helps if you can get a post mark from your local post office. The mail goes through extensive screening because things are sent with unwanted substances in them. Being open and upfront helps your letter get on top. They do pay special attention.

Yes. Well said. Quality over quantity. These congresscritters get all sort of spam. They are only interested in what their voters say. Their staff has limited time.
