According to Body Language Central, someone might tap their foot if they are: nervous, lying, excited or attracted.
In Judas Pence’s case, I’m going with lying.
It seems convenient that Mr. Pence just happened to find some classified documents at his home as Mr. Biden was starting to swirl faster down the old porcelain facility. I don’t suppose he was doing anyone a favor.

He could’ve come forward when the man that gave him an Opportunity, but he comes forward the first time Joey Biden is ever under any pressure as Prez.
Lindsey Graham comes out and defends Biden the very same day Pence comes out to save Joe.
I have a Question. So, I guess some people ARE above the Law?
Lindsey and the entire Dem Party & Media complex said It was simple with Trump, No One is above the Law.
Now, Joe’s caught, and it’s a widespread thing.
They talk about faster response and things that are nowhere in the guiding Statute - have nothing at all to do with the Law.
Hillary, Huma, Weiner, Comey, Strzok, Lisa Page, Joe, Boy Hunter, and Swamp Pence are all ABOVE THE LAW, turns out.

I’m guessing that they all grabbed Life Boats and each of them has either an Alibi or Leverage over their predecessors and/or superiors/mates.
Might be an indicator.
Anyone asked important, consequential questions can feel nervous just because of knowing the implications of the questions.
Innocent people can get just as nervous because of knowing the ramifications of the questions. Especially if its authorities asking in the line of criminal investigations.
And law enforcement, of course, totally knows this.

Another possible indicator as mentioned by Greg Kelly last night.
When asked if he took any documents, Pence says “I did not” while shaking his head “yes.” This verbal/non-verbal disconnect of someone saying ‘no,’ but shaking their head yes, is a potential sign of deceit according to the experts.
Anyway Pence is being sanctimonious and not mentioning the FBI knew where Trump’s documents were and the FBI had access to the documents any time they wanted, the FBI never said they didn’t have access to the documents any time they wanted and in fact they already searched through them, and they were secure where they were.
