I need something else. Brightspeed (Apollo Management) bought out Centurylink. Lightning took out the outside control box. Took them a week to finally fix it enough to work. Come January they changed how to login (without telling anybody - customers and customer service). So we’re all caught of guard. I had to pay my bill so called billing and they took it out of my checking with my okay. (at a $3.50 transaction charge they didn’t tell me about). Now they want me to signup for autopay. I said no way. If you charge me too much, how would I ever get my money back? You can’t fix the login (after two weeks of speaking to hard to understand people), I’m not trusting you with my bank account.
