Degree requirements should really only matter for applicants who are like 25 and under. Anyone older than that should have enough work experience to either qualify or not qualify.
I agree. I have several friends and family members that own businesses. They used to base hiring mostly on degrees. Now it’s history and work ethics...they don’t have time anymore to mess around with spoiled college kids with no experience that want to play on their phones all day and dream of being rich.
