I agree. I have several friends and family members that own businesses. They used to base hiring mostly on degrees. Now it’s history and work ethics...they don’t have time anymore to mess around with spoiled college kids with no experience that want to play on their phones all day and dream of being rich.

So true. I help screen the drafts people that try to work in this company. Those with degrees and no experience don’t last long. On the other hand, some with long and many previous jobs don’t last long either. It’s a challenge to hire people who can:
