If the allegations about the ballot mismanagement in Arizona are credible, the 2022 election was a farce from beginning to end, with a predetermined outcome.
Maricopa County is the most populated part of Arizona. When it comes to local government, it’s strongly conservative. However, abruptly and surprisingly, in both 2020 and 2022, Maricopa County suddenly started voting Democrat. The courts shut down 2020 election challenges, but gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake is fighting the good fight for the 2022 election—and today she released bombshell information about voting machine problems and bizarre signature analyses. If a judge accepts this data, it shows an election-changing pattern of suppressing Republican votes and overcounting Democrat votes.
Maricopa County had 4,420,568 residents according to the 2020 census, making it the fourth most populous county in America, with over 60% of Arizona’s total population. Historically, it’s been a consistently conservative county. Before 2020, the county voted for every Republican presidential candidate going back to Eisenhower’s first run.
In 2022, the voter registration balance in Maricopa County was 34.5% Other/Independent (which often means conservatives disgusted with the Republican party), 34.3% Republican, 30.4% Democrat, and 0.9% Libertarian. Moreover, if county elections are anything to go by, it’s the Republicans who show up. At least since the year 2000, four of the five members of the Maricopa County board of supervisors have been Republican.

Bombshell is certainly an overused term in headlines. Kari Lake didnt write the headline though and it has nothing to do with the actual realities of the case.
A victory for her would have led to efforts by Arizona to recall it's electoral votes and declare Biden illegitimate. It would have also shown a light on the corrupt election fraud that caused Biden to be declared the winner.
Washington DC very badly wanted to make sure that the Governor of Arizona was not hammering on fraudulent elections. Washington DC also wanted to make certain that Republicans did not gain a senate vote.
Washington DC did not care about who was the state treasure of Arizona.

Today, records revealed nearly a quarter of a million ballots were rejected on Election Day in Maricopa County in a race that came down to just 17K votes.

Shelby Bush, who is the Chairman of We the People AZ Alliance PC and the Maricopa County Republican Committee Vice Chair, reported to the Arizona Senate Elections Committee that a review of the system log files from the tabulators in Maricopa on election day, which the county finally returned in response to a FOIA request, revealed that nearly a quarter-million ballots were misread:

Despite this, on the day where Republican turnout was extremely high they rejected 250k votes and the race was decided by 17k.
Yep, nothing to see here. We will see if the courts continue to play games. The case should be heard on the merits.
There is not a court in the land including the SCOTUS that will overturn an election. It’s done and over with. Kari needs to move on and make plans for her future.

IMO it was job number one to stop Lake, because a victory here would of led to her being a top contender for the presidency
I disagree. If Kari Lake had won, and the R Attorney General candidate, there would have been a very deep dive into the 2020 shenanigans. That couldn’t be risked at any cost.
Also its the right thing to expose corruption whether or not one gets the legal remedy one seeks. The alternative is to let corruption grow without resistance.
Not too many critical thinkers left on FR anymore. What everyone missed is that a ballot could be mis-read repeatedly for a given voter; sometimes they were accepted, sometimes always rejected. In other words, there is a unspecified one-to-many operation that is presumed to be one-to-one. Stating the number of misread attempts instead of the number of ballots (regardless of attempts to read) gives a dishonest number of ballots affected.
The permitted error rate for the tabulator is 1 in 500,000.
250,000 ballots were not counted by the tabulators out of less than 2,000,000 cast.
Critical thinking is not required.

Kari Lake’s lawsuit had 10 claims of fraud. Her attorneys had to pick 2 issues to present to the court out of the 10 claims. The commie judge gave her 5 hours to present her charges of voter fraud. Same time for Hobb’s to defend. The trial was supposed to be limited to only 2 days, but I believe it lasted 4 days.
You don’t need critical thinking to see the myriad ways that election fraud is foisted on the voters out here, just open eyes.
