I will never put having sex with a girl who’s had a drink at the same level as ambushing a girl on the street and forcibly raping her on matter how much society tries to brainwash us into believing they are the exact same thing.

Which was it in this case? I dunno but plenty of people/men have been thrown in jail for the former.

Many years ago we had a similar case in a town near us. A teenage girl was hurt at a local carnival. She was taken to the hospital and treated. Instead of waiting for her parents she decided to go home with four guys who were at the hospital at the same time. That same evening we were just getting home from the same carnival when my mother swears she heard a girl screaming from a car going down our road. Less then two weeks later they found her body on a deserted gravel road in the pine barrens.
