I’ve met Africans from Nigeria, Ghana, and Gambia. They were all decent, hardworking folks. They had nothing but contempt for urban American blacks.
Somalis are trash though.

Approximately 3% of the population (Black, male teens to 30s) account for almost half of the murders.
Every country has a small minority that does all the crime.

Africans immigrants to America tend to be very wealthy, very well educated and from my personal experience very committed to further education and very puzzled by American slave descendents.
I had several Caribbean interns. They avoided the American blacks at all costs.
Career criminals everywhere, if left without serious consequences and punished, will be responsible for the majority of crimes.
If you execute them or jail them for very long times/life then they can only commit crimes in jail, or no more crimes, if dead.
We need to execute violent criminals, male and female, for attempting to murder, or for murdering others. We need to execute the career chronic violent criminals, male and female. The sex predators, male and female.
There are a lot of ways to look at our crime problem. Most of them do not contain any reasonable solutions, and so are nothing more than grumbling and complaining.
What is the best solution? It was Trump’s plan. Trump wanted to bring industry back to America. Trump wanted to give inner city kids a chance to earn a decent living at a good factory job.
So instead of hanging out on the street corner (idle hands are the devil’s workshop), report to your factory job and earn good union wages. Put money down on a nice car and a nice house. Take pride in what you do.
But, no. That would upset the apple cart. Can’t have inner city kids stray from the Democrat welfare plantation. So no to Trump’s plan, and no to Trump.

If by minority you are referring to a minority ethnicity that is one thing. However, there are certainly other groupings within a population that are responsible for a large percentage of the crime in that general population. For example: the Yakuza in Japan, the mafia in Italy, politicians in the US.
England also has it’s share of problems with wandering family groups (tribes) from Ireland and Scotland.
They are often called either Gypsies or Travellers.
They are often known for holding only Gig type, temp jobs such as gardeners, nail artists, house painters.
Known for living on privately owed property, using the owner’s gas, water and electric w/o permission.
Known for big wedding ceremonies.
Most embezzlement is done by bookkeepers and accountants.
