Cops release photo of fourth suspect in subway beatdown of Fox News’ Adam Klotz
Police released a photo of a fourth suspect in the wild subway beatdown of Fox News meteorologist Adam Klotz — who revealed in a new interview how the violent crew egged each other on to “put him to sleep.”
The surveillance image, released by the NYPD Monday night, shows a young-looking man in a black jacket and light sweater. The suspect is still on the loose and believed to be connected to the brutal early Saturday attack on Klotz, 37, on a southbound No. 1 train near 18th Street.
Three of the suspects — two 15-year-olds and a 17-year-old — were arrested soon after the attack and then released, cops said.

And what about the guy who’s hair was set on fire by these Droogies? No mention of him. That is attempted murder, far different than Recreational Subway Battery.
I see no recover or turnaround. The people who might vote against the Adams type for Mayor have fled, leaving only the Woke and the Wicked.

After reading his entire response, I’m thinking maybe he didn’t get enough of a beating. Not wanting “revenge” is to completely misunderstand the purpose of laws and law enforcement. It’s fine (and even good) if he individually does not want to seek revenge, but the government punishing law breakers is not “revenge”, it’s justice. And ironically, his other wish that this would not happen to anyone else is at odds with his desire not to seek what he mischaracterizes as “revenge.” If he doesn’t press charges, it is guaranteed that this will happen to someone else (though we also know that NYC punishment for crime is virtually non existent, but it’s better to try than to ignore it).
I winder if copper jacketed lead counts as reparations?

So why go through all the trouble of finding this fourth "yout" when they'll just release him?
I don't get it. NYPD, don't waste your time, seriously. Until NYC residents replace the DA and the state government with responsible people beholden to the law as written, nothing's going to change.
He can’t just “press charges.” He would have to hire a lawyer and go through civil court. The perps would get public defenders, and then the lawfare begins.
Whether he will or not, I don’t know. But he’s been through a lot already. Highlighting the problem is worthy, too.
In Texas we have open carry with no license and concealed carry with a license. If a thug attacks 1 person the odds are the victim will not have a firearm on him. If there are 10 people around it is highly likely one of them has a firearm. If you are in a “shady part of town” there will be an armed citizen.
Texas allows one to aid a victim and use a firearm if faced with deadly force against yourself or the stranger. I love Texas and we have a great governor.

Of course no mention of a hate crime as Klotz was pummeled by a gang of blacks. Can you imagine the media uproar if the races were reversed.

You aren’t guaranteed a public defender in civil suits. Only in certain limited areas of civil law does that apply, and this case doesn’t seem to be one of those.

You are correct. I suppose he could only sue for $$, which may be a fool's errand, too.
