I’m unvaxxed and got the Covid once. It wasn’t that bad I just felt weak and didn’t want to get out of bed. I didn’t know what it was at the time. My SIL has been vaxxed and boosted and has had Covid numerous times and has developed a mysterious eye infection which is resistant to antibiotics. I hope she doesn’t lose her sight over this.
Side effects may include ingrown hairs, diarrhea, stroke, heart attack, infertility, autoimmune disease, or death
I hope your sister-in-law gets better. I assume that there are more people who do not suffer debilitating side effects from the vaccines than those who do.
But my lying eyes tell a different story. In addition to those who my wife and I know who have died or had debilitating injuries... we know a bunch of people who look like they have aged ten years in the last couple. There are some who we hardly even recognize.
My wife and I have been around people numerous times who have tested positive for Covid. Most of them have been vaxxed and boosted. We got what we assumed was Delta after her sister and her husband came to visit about a year and a half ago. This seemed to give us natural immunity up until recently.
Unfortunately, the latest version of Omicron can sneak past both natural and vaccine induced immunity. We picked it up after going to the Dentist just before Christmas and neither of us has recovered completely yet. The authorities are trying to tell people that it is less serious than Delta, but this hasn’t been our experience.
It is just something that you will either get or you won’t. There are several regimens of vitamins and nutrients along with exercises that likely help keep your immune system zoomed up. At this point we would not touch the jabs with a ten foot pole despite the challenging illness that we came down with.
For us pure bloods, it's worth checking out yesterday's Scott Adams, where he tells us he is going to eat crow, and then eats it (figuratively).
I have a relative that I would bet money is vaxed ... he was complaining to me last weekend about the multiple “styes” he’s been getting.
