Texas DMV spokesperson said the phrase contains “a common acronym for a vulgar term.”

This particular bureaucrat is correct.

This happened in Colorado about 5 yrs ago. Same phrase.
I know a guy with the last name of “Stolen”. The DOT wouldn’t allow a plate made with his name.
