Just because the vaccine injured can’t sue the pharma industry, doesn’t mean they can’t sue employers, school districts, and other institutions, that took the words of the CDC and vaccine makers as gospel. Many mandated the vaccine without any consideration for medical conditions, risk of being harmed by Covid-19, or religious exemptions. Eventually, they will pay in some manner.
