There is a lot of money to be made by failing to get death certificates for the deaths of parents.
I would think there are many thousands—perhaps even millions—of cases like these for Veterans or Social Security fraud—that are still not known.
They send VA benefits to people they think are dead mothers? I wouldn’t be surprised.
DOJ might’ve caught her sooner if they hadn’t been spinning their Russia Russia Russia hoax..
Pretty much a wow from me. I guess if she had ever admitted to it back then, they would’ve wanted to see the death certificate, and then she would’ve been caught. So she decided to keep lying and stealing.

She really stole from all taxpayers, not just veterans.
Stealing money from the government is a great American pastime and not just for politicians anymore.
It is no wonder the federales have no interest in cleaning up the databases. Those are sure-fire votes.
I have a friend of 60 years, who was my next door neighbor growing up. Yesterday this FSU Pol Sci graduate and Former VP of a major private college made the statement that the major purpose of any government was to redistribute wealth. He would think that nothing was wrong because the money went to a good use. I had a light bulb moment, Democrats want to enforce the kleptocracy and punish those who disagree. 60 years of respect down the toilet. Evidently your stuff isn’t yours.
She only stole a $500k over decades, the women’s crimes are so insignificant compared to daily reality in what is called ‘our nation’s capitol’ that she should be given a significant honorarium from our political class.
5 years probation and a year home confinement is a small price to pay for a half a millions bucks, so she made out.
They won’t even take her giant flat screen TV, plus, she’ll still have cigarettes and lottery tickets. She won’t pay back a dime, and they won’t ask.
