True. I am not a military weapon expert [Note Comment #15] My understanding is Russian tanks are major supplier of tanks for Ukraine. LOL Ukraine even uses severely trashed Russian tanks for spare parts to repair.
But, my understanding is Russian tanks are severely inferior.
I read earlier this week Russia is again trying to send tanks with a cage over the top to prevent explosives from entering.

“The criminal Moscow regime has gone further and committed another crime against the OSCE by stealing about 50 OSCE SMM vehicles. These vehicles were reportedly moved by Russia to the temporarily occupied territory in eastern Ukraine last weekend,” the diplomat said.
He also emphasized the possibility of provocations using the seized OSCE vehicles. According to Tsymbaliuk, Russia may resort to such actions because it feels impunity.

Portugal will send 14 more M113 armored personnel carriers and eight high-capacity power generators to Ukraine.
This is stated by Publico, reports Censor.NЕТ with reference to “European truth”.
“Portugal will send to Ukraine a second set of 14 M113 armored personnel carriers, eight high-capacity generators for electricity production, additional 120-mm ammunition and two tons of medical and sanitary equipment,” the Defense Ministry said after a meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine’s Defense held at the German Ramstein air base.
