Hmmmm. The only railgun I knew anything about was the one being developed by Raytheon. The last update I read about it was that it wasn’t going forward due to technical difficulties and/or expense. If Musk works on one, it will be a while before it is available to use.

It’s a stalemate right now. An attritional battle where the largest side will outlast the weaker.
It is attritional for sure but not sure what Putin has left in the tank besides human wave and nukes. He is already doing human waves across open fields and charges with no armor and bmp-1s. He is attempting strategic bombing but his abilities are limited his missle inventory way down, and unlike WW2 and Germany there is limited ability to affect war making industry since it is mostly outside Ukraine borders
If Ukraine gets longer range missles then the Russian logistics get a whole lot worse.
On paper Russia should have already won…
Is the inferior part more manufacture, or more maintenance? That could mean the Ukes could get better service from the captured tanks.
