Mr. Rogers talks truth about gender and if he was around today and said this on his show do we even have to guess he would be banned, censored, shut down for promoting "hate speech"?

I don't think this is faked at all.

I watched Mr Rogers when I was a kid and I vaguely remember this particular sketch. Also, these comments are exactly something that Mr Rogers would say. As a five or six year old, I found his show very calming. Just a nice, gentle man telling the children in simple terms how the outside world should work. I also remember the train set he used to have.
