He contributed the least of the four, all he had was his voice.

Say, can I have some of your purple berries?
Yes, I’ve been eating them for six or seven weeks now, haven’t got sick once
Probably keep us all alive
To: jerod
And Steve Jobs, although he didn’t make it as long afterwards.

Wasn’t there a story or two going around years ago, about someone running in to David Crosby drinking alcohol in a bar soon after his transplant? Some comment made about “breaking it in.”
An urban legend?
To: chuck allen
One of several tweets Crosby posted only yesterday.
I guess he's found out.

He hung around with some of the best musicians, how much he actually contributed I’ve never been sure of. Personally I think he was an asshole. But RIP even so.

There's going to be a tv special about Mickey Mantle, Larry Hagman, and David Crosby. It'll be called........ ....... ‘Liver Let Die.’ That's the funniest thing I've heard all day, lol.
To: dfwgator
Steven Stills had the most talent.Agreed.

Actually you’re correct.
He diddled the guitar, and had a few good licks, but it was the singing/harmonies he imported from his time with the birds that made him amazing.

You see... That’s why Canadian politicians go to the United States for their healthcare, instead of standing in line back home... If you use and abuse your liver in Canada, they don’t give you a transplant... They barely even give you medical care.

Saw Stills in the early 90’s at a music festival. Pretty good show.

Singer, songwriter, guitarist...sperm donor (Melissa Etheridge & Julie Cypher). His spawn, Beckett, OD’d & died at 21.I didn't know that. OD'ing at 21 is tragic.

I would upvote or like you comment but FR languishes in the 20th century.

One of the greatest rock/pop/folk songs of its era.
Little-known fact: I believe Stephen Stills played every instrument track on the studio version of that song.
