I don’t think you have coded much Jim. ICD-9 system had ∼13,000 codes. The ICD-10 system has more than 68,000 codes.
Never before has there been a code for unvaccinated status of any disease besides COVID-19.
"Decline to state" is a fine way to go for emergencies, of pressed. As to the triage lists of potential transplants, that is unresolved to be sure.
Prying behind the curtain of all this is something larger, in my estimation. The "app" -- sometimes peddled as convenience, sometimes as "green: and sometimes as "update vax status" -- is all aimed higher than just Covid. It is aimed at digital ID turned into marketing of more an future jabs, which is why this is such a hot topic.
My wife was in the hospital for a bacterial infection which was treated with IV steroids and big-time antibiotics. At no time, was the process from emergency room visit to admission to care to discharge involved with "prove your status." Moreover, at least half the staff and most of the physicians and PAs were not wearing masks, so the narrative withers.
For those being denied transplants, it is sad indeed that this game is being played by some, but not all, med facilities. With time of the essence, court cases to challenge and resolve this will be long.
The point of the "New Medical Codes to Track Your COVID-19 Vaccination Status" is to meld these into a digital ID with strictures like travel restrictions and such to force -- or attempt to force -- future obedience to the coming and not yet announced new jabs. Watch and see.
In the meanwhile, I still advice "decline to state," because one can also decline to state other medical issues such as HIV infections in some states BY LAW. The patchwork quilt of submission to the "vax regime" is fraying at the seams and edges.
Best regards to all, with the recollection that pre-Covid the third or fourth leading cause of death in the US was "medical mistakes."

Universal Digital Payments Network for Stablecoins and CBDCs Launches at Davos
A Universal Digital Payments Network (UDPN) for stablecoins and Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) was launched at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos. The network aims to provide interoperability between these digital currencies.
USPN has been in development for the last two years with contributions from GFT, Red Date Technology, TOKO, and DLA Piper. A sandbox was launched in July of 2022, where multiple banks were actively testing stablecoin transfer and FX transactions.
The network was launched at Davos with a panel discussing the rapidly evolving digital currency, interoperability, and infrastructure. The panel included representatives from Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, The Bank of East Asia, and Akbank.
