That Cedars Coffee reminds me of a coffee drink my little sister used to fix for me when she was a bartender at the Mallory Hotel in Portland, many years ago. IIRC, it was coffee with Frangelico, Bailey’s, and Kahlua, and she poured quite freely. Great on a cold, wet winter’s day, but I’d have to walk home or take the bus after a couple.
I used to like hot buttered rum, too, with Myer’s rum and whatever store-bought batter. Haven’t had that for a really long time.

A favorite ‘Mock-Tail’ is ice, sparkling water (lime or plain) a few stuffed olives (blue cheese or garlic) and a few splashes of Bitters. :)
