Toilet paper shortage.....Egg shortage.....

And what's the deal with butter? Drove down to the store last night and I've never seen a grocery shelf bare of butter in all my 50+ years of existence.

Rotating supply shortages.
To make them “rotational’, don’t they have to be planned?

Those I’ve noticed
Dry Goods (toilet paper)
Long term consumables (Campbell’s soups, candies, chips)
Frozen meats (turkey breasts, capon, pre-processed meals)
Now?
Dairy items such as eggs, heavy cream, butter, pie-crusts, milk*.

* milk is in supply but is quickly sold out. If you aren’t there before noon, you get shut-out.

Some of this has to do with the “in-store” shopping workers and home delivery. They are there early when the shelves are stocked; especially the produce. They are purchasing large quantities before 9AM.
