Oakbrook is a very nice Chicago suburb.
Now like in California, if you have something nice a crew will fly in to take it from you.

A friend worked on a house in Oakbrook adding a deck that cost more than a quarter million dollars, a hand scan to enter the house...

Read a book about a burglar once. Seemed a decent kind of fellow that would not have hurt the girl. Not sure he ever broke into a house, just snuck into a mountain for some dwarves that were having a bit of a dragon issue. Little guy eventually retired some place far to the west.
