I live in a city which is 84% black. The last thing they are worried about is what white people say or do.

This just in: If you're white, you're racist. If you're white and you never do, say or think anything racist and you treat everyone equally and fairly--well, then you're super-duper racist because you're just avoiding your racism.

I read the bill text. At no place in the proposed statute is there a definition, or a pointer to a definition, of “while supremacy”. Bad law form, using a term that is not defined somewhere in statute.

She really needs to change her last name. It sounds so Confederate

Bofum.

Why is she named after two racist RAT Confederates?

Were they having a ménage à trois with her great grandmother?

That’s terrifying because basically (to me) that means they can decide on a whim what would count as such.

Giving them ultimate power to punish or demand blackmail.

Don’t forget the award given to Ruby Freeman. This after she under oath said she ran the ballots thru multiple times.

Nothing new from the stupid class infesting congress.

Every year, Alcee Hastings (dumbass democrat from Florida), introduced legislation to ban all handguns.

While being given a tour of the Mars Rover command center, she asked if the Mars Rover could go over to where Appolo 11 landed.

Jackson-Lee is a truly vile creature. She’s an American Hutu inciting violence against Tutsis (now played by white people). Next she’ll propose Congress provide funding to buy pallets of machetes.

My sanity test is to imagine the statement reversed.

So it becomes THE HOUSE BILL TO CRIMINALIZE CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT BLACK SUPREMACY”.

How would that fly with the main stream media, academia and the Democratic Party????

Here’s the bill:

https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/house-bill/61/text

“(a) In general.—A person engages in a white supremacy inspired hate crime when white supremacy ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance of activity that, if effectuated, would have constituted a crime.”

The last part means that no actual crime needs to have been committed. It allows the FBI to go after people who they deem were engaged in a “conspiracy” to commit “white supremacy”

Things that could be deemed to be in furtherence of white supremacy include
“published material advancing white supremacy, white supremacist ideology, antagonism based on “replacement theory”, or hate speech that vilifies or is otherwise directed against any non-White person or group”

There’s a lot of stuff posted on FR that could be deemed to be covered under the above.

And if the Feds can make a claim that ANYONE, ANYWHERE was “inspired” by the posted speech to commit “white supremacy”, then prosecution could happen for the speech.

A violation would trigger prosecution under 18 USC 249, which allows for HEFTY prison terms

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/249

It would not matter if the act was ultimately struck down by the supreme court. A bunch of people would STILL be dragged through the process.
