I read the bill text. At no place in the proposed statute is there a definition, or a pointer to a definition, of “while supremacy”. Bad law form, using a term that is not defined somewhere in statute.
That’s terrifying because basically (to me) that means they can decide on a whim what would count as such.
Giving them ultimate power to punish or demand blackmail.
