From the brief film clip of the landing approach, my guess is it was too slow and left wing stalled sending all souls into unrecoverable spin.

Pilot error? Stall, big time. Perhaps a flap issue, or under-performing engine or just flat-out pilot error.
A bird strike could have caused it as well but I didn't see a flame-out from the ground video. Flame-out doesn't ALWAYS occur from a bird strike, however.
