I just got a briefing from my company lawyer. He said they can and do test for Delta 8 and 9. Since its still illegal under federal law, he said we would be fired for coming up hot.

It is a problem to be argued by two larcenaries of opposing lawyers earning fees over a resolved controversy.
Same here with my workplace. I suppose one could mount a lawsuit, but who wants that hassle? I’ll just wait until I retire - if I can ever afford to.
