I think the difference between body high and mind high is the indica or sativa strain, the Delta 8 9 or 10 is more like the proof (as in alcohol) for example.

I’m in my mid 50s and partook in smoking pot when I was younger. With the aches and pains of being on the upper most part of the other side of the hill my friend said I should try the gummies or a vape cartridge for those pains when working my property. I may take hum up on the offer next time I break my tractor and need to work on it. It takes me days to recover from that.
Personally as far as pot is concerned I’d rather hang out with someone that’s high than a drunk.
