I had 2 border collies.
Back in May 2021 we had to put our black & white male down due to lymphoma. Hank was 11 yrs old.
Then my beautiful brown & white female was tragically killed in a freak accident a week later. Holly was 12 yrs old.
One day I’ll finally find another. I’m trusting God to find that special border collie to join our family.

I have an Australian Heeler and yes, he’s smarter than the average Brandon.
I had to put my girl down, she hardly could walk or stand up on her own. She was almost 14. I cried for months after that. I still dream about her. That was over five years ago.
I don’t know about that. I have never had a problem with mine. He plays with kids, cats, herds my chickens, does whatever I tell him to do. I can tell him to go right, left straight or come back. He hits you with his teeth, but doesn’t bite. His nose is like a sledgehammer, but only when playing. When he picks up a stick, watch out though. He is looking to correct an animal and they listen. Heck, he even watches TV and of course he needs something to shake like a rag or his snake toy.
