Yes, I don't see how Obama escapes totally clean from this, although I can certainly think of excuses that Democrats and the media will try to use to minimize the damage.

Obama can de-classify his documents ....he just can't give them to Biden. Obama can claim that he declassified the documents when he was president. Then Biden would not be on the hook for mishandling the documents.
