The Prez is NOT like some GS12 government employee. He\she has Constitutional standing. She\he can only constitutionally be removed in two ways:
1. The impeachment\Senate conviction removal process,
2. 25th Amendment - Presidential incapacity.
You’re right on who’s lining up to replace him, but I think the stage is being set for a 25th Amendment action. It’s a poorly written amendment; full of loose ends. The Rats will fully exploit its “sloppiness”! This “sloppiness” could make it a cleaner path for Rats to shed themselves of SloJoe more so then any impeachment\trial\conviction action. If played and set up right, it’s easier for them to control to the desired outcome. Republicans will go along because it gets rid of SloJoe. The closest analog will be the Nixon-Agnew-Ford-Rockefeller affair.
There will be some nibbling at the edges by some deluded Rats (Manchin & maybe Bernie) & grifters angling for money (Abrams, a few others). Abrams might have a shot at being Newsom’s VP.

They now want to take him down; hence this leaked classified docs info happening right before Biden is about to announce another run for Prez.
This is Dems eating their own; they are outing corrupt Joe. May or may not work as Old Joe knows the only way to stay out of jail is to stay in power as Prez. As soon as he is out of office, his and his son Hunter’s goose is cooked as no power of the Presidency to hide behind. Joe is being thrown under the bus here by his own equally corrupt kind.
He merely had a garage with a lock secure enough for his Corvette.
The records show that house is in Hunters name and he had access to the garage anytime he wanted maybe all the rest of the records.

Agree. There are provocative arguments on this thread that build a good case that deep state wants to eliminate Biden. However, giving new credence to Hunter scandal also shines a light on deep state’s complicity in the matter, not the best way for DS to handle it. And let’s face it: Biden wants to stay. As an ex-pres he will only be able to crap all over himself, not everyone else like he enjoys doing now.
China gives University of Pennsylvania 65 million. Joe becomes a honorary professor with no duties no classes. Penn pays Joe a million dollars a year for a no-show job. This is a classic case of money laundering.

When the Chinese (both government and private) give multiple millions of dollars they are buying something. They bought Joe and the University of Pennsylvania.
Obama can claim that he declassified the documents when he was president. Then Biden would not be on the hook for mishandling the documents.
It is easy to understand Joe Biden.
1. Always has been corrupt and “on the take.’
2. He has always been a hard leftist, thus his policies.
3. He is not a patriot of our nation. As he hates our nation in its present form, selling out our nation for cash is just business and not a crime nor traitorous.
4. He is controlled by those that do not have senile dementia but are also hard leftists.
5. He is a pathological liar.
6. He has dementia and his grip on reality is poor. I think he believes his lies.
7. He is obsessed with little girls. He can not keep his hands off them.
Just imagine if Trump’s daughter had a diary that said Trump took showers with his daughter when she was a little girl and something inappropriate probably happened. He would have been run out of office not by the Dems but the leaders of the Republican Party. There is tape showing Biden grabbing a little girls right breast, she flinches and moves away. From the media, nothing but crickets. The Dems have no shame.
That is Joe Biden.
Action needed to be taken. Biden is out for '24 -- maybe sooner...
Obama has not said one word or come to joe’s defense, that is about all you need to know.
And how will that happen, what scenario do you see working this out. They are stuck with Kamala.
