Yes, an awful lot!!!!!
Yes she and her son were very close -- even shared identical tattoos on their feet.
RIP
Now, now. That is not what I said. A Catfish house.
Carl Allen’s Catfish house in Auburndale Florida. Magical place in its day.

I kind of doubt that.
He was 27? Seems like so many famous ppl died at age of 27...
I read or heard it was no longer there. My mistake if it’s still there.
I was born in 1947. Wasn't a big Elvis fan...too young at the time I guess. I didn't even care for the Beatles until I was older. I remember hearing about how devastated Elvis was when his mother died. She passed while he was in the Army. They'd held off his induction until after he'd finished the movie King Creole.
“I remember the day her dad died. I’m getting old.”

Same here! It’s a bit depressing, isn’t it.
Jeff Beck died yesterday, a musical genius, and I remember the first time I heard him play and sat there with my mouth open, and couldn’t even express my delight, I was so speechless.
Today it’s a 54 year-old daughter of a music icon whose music inspired many and you can still hear his influence in music to this day.
Interesting, never heard that until now. I found this:
He appeared to suffer symptoms of the condition in his final years, including an irregular heartbeat, fatigue, fainting and high blood pressure. ......The new findings suggest that regardless of his diet, the iconic singer was always destined to die young.

Lisa makes 3. Sad.
Mostly safe and effective.
Until they prove it is not the vax, it’s the vax.
I was 23, and on Aug. 16th, 77, and decided to go to the popular disco that evening, since tuesday was their weekly ‘ladies night’. That was usually the night for a guy that could dance well to rarely get a chance to sit down, because of all the ladies requesting a dance.
Crowd was decent. Danced a couple of songs, but the mood was somber in the whole place, and the dance floor mostly empty. During my roughly 2 year habit of frequenting the discos, that was the strangest night at one.
I bet inferior genes. Possibly a lot of genetically inferior European people among the deep southerners. The rich, genetically superior Europeans mostly did not emigrate to the US in the 19th century. Only the poor, inferior stock did.
I know. I was just having some fun. My mom spends winters in Auburndale. I’m going there to see her next month. Is the Catfish House still there?
She sang that song like she believed it:
We got the bubble-headed bleached-blonde, comes on at five
She can tell you 'bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye
It's interesting when people die
Give us dirty laundryCan we film the operation? Is the head dead yet?
You know, the boys in the newsroom got a running bet
Get the widow on the set!
We need dirty laundry
54. Probably had the best medical care money can buy. Probably was vaxxed to the max. Heart attack. Gee whiz.
Jamie Raskin. He didn’t miss a beat when his son offed himself. Of course, he’s a sociopath so that might explain it.
