Speaking directly to “straight folks” and “especially men” in his class, Richards again told them to watch gay porn and grapple with their sexual feelings while multiple students laughed.
“Watch gay porn. See if you feel that feeling. If you feel that feeling, look in a mirror, and say huh, maybe I’m just feeling some things that I’m just afraid to release. And maybe you release that and maybe you’d be surprised that maybe you actually are fine being more bisexual.”
Penn State told Fox News Digital that “academic freedom for faculty” was important in promoting “critical thinking and discussion. ”
“Professor Richards purposefully teaches in a manner designed to promote discussion across a spectrum of opinions. His class is not mandatory..."
During the same class that Prof. Richards recommended his students watch gay and lesbian porn, he also told a story about a student that transitioned to a different gender and gave advice to female students about how to urinate standing up.
“Women, you should know this by the way, the little trick, you can have a little piece of leather and fold it up and use that to go in the urinal or go outside.”

The Nutty Professor!
Dear Professor: read the Bible and learn how to avoid going to hell.
Exactly. So what is it? Born that way? Or learned behavior?
All I have to do is see a gay or lesbian kiss on TV, and my reaction is ick.
I don’t think the professor would advise gay students to watch straight porn or romance to see if they might be bisexual—that would be patronizing and non-supportive — he would say they have already been exposed to society’s norms on sexuality.
Norms sure aren’t what they used to be.
No doubt. The agenda is pitched with more force than the products quite a bit of the time.
Jerry Sandusky approves.
Me: “It’s for class. Honest, I swear!”
That’s disgusting. That jerk should be locked up.
Teaching perversion.
These aren’t “feelings” that are inside they are releasing - what you are exposed to and absorb will affect you. It is put in you, not being “expressed” - exposing yourself to this kind of material will desensitize someone.
These institutions need to be defunded. This is kind of “discussion” is what your tax dollars are funding. If people want to “discuss” this kind of garbage they should have to do it on their own time - certainly not worthy of taxpayer expense.
One doesn’t have to try to watch homo porn. Search the web even just for women stripping even try to exclude porn with “-porn” and a large proportion of the hits will still be for porn sites. If you go the video 99% of the time there will be ads with penises at the side, or porn in which a penis is always the focus. Seems like most of these pornographers are faeggits who want to put a penis on your screen, perhaps expecting to redirect excitement from the lady to the penis.
Having sex with horses will be next with these demented people.
” you can have a little piece of leather and fold it up and use that to go in the urinal”
Great, then you’ve got a piss-soaked piece of leather to carry around for the rest of the day in your pocket or purse. Flawless plan.
I remember a law school professor who was a big advocate of porn.
That’s been going on for a while, now. Maybe not for college credit, though.
Sounds like the faculty is made up of homos and pedos, watching child porn is just around the corner for students.
Wonder what the response would be if the professor were a devout Catholic and he told the students to practice the Ignatian examen of conscience.
Or watch John Piper on youtube if you are interested in eternal life.
Two can play at that game.
To illustrate its commitment to “academic freedom,” can Penn State identify any professors who advocate heterosexuality?
Where’s Andrew Dice Clay when we need him?!
