As always, read the reg carefully.
A summons for jury duty could (and likely IS) considered a court order for information.
This would fit the seeming exemption according to HIPPA and you could be forced to answer or be held in contempt.

Two thoughts: Does the stopping of airplanes throughout the US indicate that the white hats think the DS players are trying to make a run for it?

The Supreme Court turned down the Brunson case. Could citizens from each state file a Class Action Suit on their representative members who voted “no’ (using the wording from Brunson’s case) to their own state’s court? If a bunch of individual states do this and all the state courts deny the case, then it goes back to the Supreme Court, right?
