Flights in the air are being routed through the US Air Force Command post flying just off the East Coast, east of NYC; frame designation is “E6”.
This is standard procedure for this type of thing.

Recently, Biden \ordered\ the FAA (note...NOT MAC) to turn the computers back on and the E6 was called home.
