Tiny. There's 5 (five) periods of that length in a single year. So you'd need 5 shots to just make it through a year, to maintain that level of effectiveness, best case.

I can see where the 86% number comes from.
Both hospitalization percentages are very low
Now I suppose this analysis has to factor in Age, Sex, and “preexisting” conditions, plus perhaps more factors.
