If the Supreme Court did not take up the challenge from the Texas Attorney General two years ago, there was no chance they would take up this case. Alito and Thomas would have been favorable, but the three justices chosen by Trump were vetted by McConnell.

The Deep State has an important doctrine. Perhaps they will allow Biden to fall due to the vast corruption in his family. Perhaps, if Russia turns things around and defeats Ukraine, they will walk away from getting directly involved. However, the corruption in the voting system, particularly in the six states that flipped to Biden, must never be challenged.
