Repealing the 16th and 17th amendments needs to happen, especially the 16th.
The Soros influence runs wide and deep.
Roberts is of course one of the "no" votes, but who would be the other? Justice Coney Bennett, Justice Gorsuch, or Justice Kavanaugh?
Obviously, the SCOTUS jerks have lost their confidence. The far left commie RAT death threats have scared the crap out of them. Cowardice is all they have left. All the INSURRECTION that took place by the communist “democrats” outside their homes took the wind out of their sails. Fascists can do that to you.
Basically all of DC is a bunch of compromised marionettes at this point—being pulled by their short hairies.
This country is well past the precipice. Its over very soon.
SCOTUS:
“Mail-in ballots are good for you! Sit down, shut up, and drink your Kool- Aid. Nothing to see here, move along.”
Spit.
Not really...
Republicans must play their game.
We need 130%+ turnout at our precincts too. And we must take mail in ballots to another level. If enough of this goes on, they may want to restrict it.
The recent assassination attempt on justice Kavanaugh has probably scared them.
I’m thinking the e tire shebang is beyond rede.ption, the rot is too far .gone
Standing. Laches. Moot.
The most important and impactful questions afoot in the nation, today. The exact types of questions that should come to the Supreme Court.
And these a44clowns punt them?
Ridiculous.
And the 19th while you’re at it.
The Deep State has an important doctrine. Perhaps they will allow Biden to fall due to the vast corruption in his family. Perhaps, if Russia turns things around and defeats Ukraine, they will walk away from getting directly involved. However, the corruption in the voting system, particularly in the six states that flipped to Biden, must never be challenged. Both the mainstream media and the outlets controlled by Conservatism, Inc., such as Fox News and Salem Broadcasting, will be as adamant in defending the electoral process as their predecessors were regarding the "lone nut" and "magic bullet" theories on the JFK assassination.
I thought the Court was everybody’s heroes for Dobbs...
Guess they aren’t all that everybody thought they were...
Everybody figured stacking the court with conservatives would make all the rulings go the way they wanted....guess everybody was wrong...at least on this question.
They don’t want to get involved in elections.
I get that SCOTUS.
They don’t want to undermine state rights.
I get that SCOTUS.
They don’t want to ensure Civil Rights.
I don’t get that SCOTUS. The right to have your vote count, to not have the elections molested, to ensure that every legal American has potential to have their voice hear, that is the civil rights problem of our day. Voter fraud is as big a problem as racist barriers, stupid race backed laws, or sexism.
Unfortunately the Supreme Court “justices” are as corrupt as the rest of Washington.
Aren’t State Legislatures the body that controls mail-in ballots? Not sure why the courts would have jurisdiction over voting procedures in states. Now in GA, the Legislature changed the procedures for mail-ins, and eliminated about 80% of mail-in ballots.
With handicapped and seniors needing alternatives to in-person voting, I don’t think there could ever be a total ban on mail-ins, the Legislatures just need to do their job and eliminate ballot harvesting.
Looks like Supreme Court pulled a ‘Boner’.....
