If Abbott truly had any guts, he would pardon that guy right now. In a way, it would be like the blanket pardon Carter issued to the draft dodgers. Carter didn’t even have to name any names.
You overestimate Abbott. He sent his jackbooted thugs against someone who dared to try and make a living during Abbott’s “lockdown.”
