It’s sad, really, body dysmorphia. A doctor would lose their license if they performed liposuction on an anorexic or prescribed emetics to a bulimic, but if a man thinks he’s a woman, he can find a doctor who would prescribe hormone blockers and schedule them to have their genitals removed.
We live in a messed up world.
