The host of this video advocates against 'trans' ideology and particularly against hormone blockers/surgeries for children. While the host appears to be female (to me), he is a detransitioning male (still in the process).
From his other videos, I got the impression that he doesn't know yet how to step back into the role of 'man' as he has been surgically modified, and it's as if he doesn't want to be seen as 'neither' fully male nor fully female. He is off hormone blockers and states he is a man, and that it's impossible to change your gender - no amount of surgery will do it.
He believes he and others were conned into believing their mental illness and body dismorphia could be 'cured' with medications and surgery, and he suffers deep regret at how 'falling for the lie' has damaged his health. He wishes he could have his genitals back, his health back, his life back the way it was before, but he acknowledges much of what was done cannot be undone. He is hated by trans advocates for speaking publicly, warning others not to make the same mistakes he made in believing the lies.
He creates videos and points out the false beliefs of those who are being deceived as he once was, and is a critic of those advocating for trans (e.g., those pushing the lie that paid surgeries, hormone blockers are 'medically necessary) and so-called mental health and medical 'professionals' all too eager to quickly make money off deeply unhappy people, many of whom are either too young or psychologically wounded to make informed decisions.
Apparently, those who are 'trans' in some places (e.g., New York) can get trans surgeries, including 'facial feminization' surgery 'free' (covered by insurance). So some of them become rather obsessive, having repeated surgeries to look 'better' (ordinary vanity, rather than their gender confusion). For this reason, the host dryly remarked that if these people can get free cosmetic surgery, then all women in these places should be able to get free cosmetic surgery.
In this video, the host plays a video of a man undergoing another round of facial feminization surgery, and notes the person already can 'pass' as female, making the decision to undergo dangerous surgery even more unneccesary than it was to being with.

At some point he says he looks pretty good and he's never had complaints about his appearance, but he's not satisfied and needs to the surgery in order to look better. It's kind of sickening to hear this person's gossipy vanity as he casually describes his upcoming (dangerous) surgery and eagerly says next year he's going back for hairline surgery (or something). It's as if his attitude is, "Hey if it's free, then why not get as much cosmetic surgery as movie stars?"
The video host notes the body dysmorphia and comments that no amount of surgery will ever be enough to address the actual problems. The disregard for the danger and potential complications is obvious when listening to the transing man eagerly list off what he wants 'done'. The host said he was almost experiencing PTSD listening to someone embarking on the same damaging surgical decisions he once made.
The video host is one of a group of de-transing people warning the public that it's all a big lie, that the hormone blockers have severe long-lasting medical health impacts, that surgery will never make you the opposite sex, the 'experts' are making money off of transing people, and that the real issue worth addressing is mental health. This host also has some good videos featuring parents who trans their kids to get media attention and money, and new trans people collecting money from monetizing their 'journey'.
From watching some of his videos, I learned that some go into trans ideology because they don't feel being gay is socially comfortable (one interviewee referred to low status in society), and by transing they are deluding themselve that they will actually become a 'real' woman and then there would be no social struggles for the 'real' woman they become.
In his and his peers videos, the struggles to heal from maiming 'bottom surgery' and complications is stunning because the public is usually prevented from knowing anything about the medical fallout. Really rather gory and certainly permanent for almost all. Also, long term problems with hormone blockers are worse than even I imagined. That's why the host, and others detransing advocate that, at the very least, children are too young to know or consent to transing, and that the medical community must make the decision to trans slow down (regardless of age) so that it takes more than a 15 minute doctors visit to get hormone blockers and rush to surgery.
In my opinion the urge some describe to 'hurry up and get surgery' is the false hope that mental illness will completely and permanently (magically) be solved, and that 'so-called' medical professionals prey on that vulnerability.
