Floyd was NOT “murdered.”
Also, Floyd once held a loaded gun pressed against the abdomen of a pregnant woman to force her to find more valuables for him to steal in the home during a felony. Had he pulled the trigger the woman and the preborn baby could have represented the loss of the future human life to which the Talmud refers.
