I do not indulge in any special supplements. I only eat real and natural foods. My special supplement is regular exercise. I am finding out exercise is the most powerful way to stay healthy in 80’s.
Great comment. I have taken a handful of supplements daily since I was 26 and am in almost perfect health at 86. My most recent MD appointment was devoted to laughing about various things including my horrible cat. My doc and his nurse are non-vaxers and of course I am too.
I was exercising almost every day at the gym, had great muscular strength, bp, etc. but then the idiot governor closed the gyms.
I weigh 113, still have bp like a teenager but I don’t feel well at all since I got out of the exercise mode. Wish I had that wonderful beach for morning walks (snow here). BTW, love your dog. We had one in the family years ago named Mona Lisa Lhasa.
